Wonderful host. Impeccable flat, well equipped. Great location. Don't be put off about parking, there really is plenty of 24 hour spaces very near by. Really nice independent shops and restaurants. Only 7 minutes to the beach. Will definitely come again.

Absolutely loved staying here! The flat is very central and everything is just a short walk away. The room is spotless and newly renovated. Mandy and Anthony are very helpful and warm hosts and we recommend them to anyone staying in Aberystwyth! Definitely will be back soon!

The flat has everything you could want or need and the host couldn’t be more helpful. We stayed in a heatwave but there were two fans which kept us cool at night so it was lovely. Great location - very easy to find and near the seafront. Some traffic of course, being a town, but the secondary glazing dealt with that and it was quiet at night. Very pleased and would certainly stay again.

Beautifully presented flat in a superb location. Mandy was so kind and gave us lots of information about surrounding restaurants which were perfect recommendations. The flat was spotless; comfy bed, good sized sofa bed for our daughter & a fabulous, well equipped kitchen with little extras like milk, cake & cereals. Thank you both for a wonderful stay - we’ll be booking again next year!

If you’re coming to Aber you have to stay here. The location cannot be beat. Right in the heart of town 2 minute walk from the sea. Not to mention the Airbnb itself was so cute and spacious. Mandy was very communicative and had very easy instructions as well. She even had little snacks! I would love to stay again next time I’m in town!

Fantastically clean and well presented flat in a perfect central location, parking situation is a little awkward mainly for unpacking and packing but really a minor irritation as we found plenty of free parking 2 mins walk on streets suggested by Mandy. Amazing communication and recommendations for restaurants etc from Mandy and extremely quick to respond to our queries. Would definitely recommend this flat for anyone wanting to be within the town with an easy walk to pubs, restaurants and the beach. We will rebook for future trips to Aberystwyth.

This flat is beautifully and tastefully renovated and equipped. Centrally located in the town, it was an absolutely perfect base for me to meet up with friends and revisit all our haunts from when we were here at Aberystwyth as students from 1979 to 1982! The flat was spotlessly clean and Mandy & Anthony couldn't have been more helpful. They are also an excellent source of information regarding good places to eat nearby. We particularly enjoyed our meal on the Saturday night at Medina's. I couldn't recommend this flat highly enough. Best wishes Karen

A beautifully decorated light and spacious flat in a great location. Very welcoming hosts with a lot of local knowledge. A very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Mandy provides a few additional touches which was greatly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending a stay here.
